The MaxiFi team’s order fulfillment process aims for clear communication and minimal delay.

Order Fulfillment

MaxiFi software is available online. For renewing customers with existing accounts, access is granted through the existing account. New customers will need to set up an account to access the software. Simply follow the instructions in the email you'll receive shortly after purchase. Our software and services do not include any products that need to be shipped.
Consulting services are fulfilled through the arrangement between the customer and company consultant, and the consultant will email the customer within 1 business day of completion of these consultation orders to begin a conversation about this arrangement.

Product Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription easily in the app by going to Account > Manage Subscription after logging in. Or contact customer support to cancel.

Product Refunds

Customers will generally receive a refund for products if requested within 30 days of purchase. The customer needs to provide, in writing, a reason for dissatisfaction with the product or service by way of support ticket or website contact form. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.

Service Refunds and Rescheduling

The following policy applies to scheduled MaxiFi and Economic Security Planning services, including but not limited to Flight Check, Co-Pilot, Concierge, Expert Review, and similar appointment-based offerings.

More Than 48 Hours Before the Scheduled Appointment

  • Customers may cancel for a full refund, or request to reschedule their appointment directly with their expert.

Within 48 Hours of the Scheduled Appointment

Customers may:

  • request a one-time reschedule, or
  • cancel for a 50% refund.

Within 24 Hours of the Scheduled Appointment

  • Refunds are not available. Customers may request a one-time reschedule.

No-Shows or Missed Appointments

  • No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or no-shows. Rescheduling may be granted at our discretion, but repurchase of the service may be required.

Additional Notes

  • Submit all cancellation and rescheduling requests to your expert. If the provider cannot be contacted or no reply is received, please contact maxifi@economicsecurityplanning.com for further assistance.
  • Rescheduling requests are subject to your expert's availability.
  • Promotional, bundled, or subscription-included services may have additional terms communicated at purchase.
  • Economic Security Planning reserves the right to make exceptions in cases involving emergencies or technical issues at our discretion.
